Backtagging: Yes, I adore backtags.
Threadhopping: This is fine as well, unless there's something very important going on in a thread, in which case I'd like you to ask first.
Offensive Subjects: Generally speaking, ask me first. I'll probably be cool with it, but it never hurts to double-check.
IC Permissions
Hugging: Heh...you can try it, but Jeane will probably shut your character down.
Kissing: Same as hugging.
Flirting: I don't have any problems with this, but Jeane herself will probably be annoyed. She might flirt back, however. It really does depend.
Fighting: YES. I love writing out fight scenes, and obviously Jeane is a fighter.
Injury: I don't mind, so long as it's nothing serious like losing a limb.
Death: Since death's kinda permanent, no thank you. Memes are different, however.
Telepathy/Mind Reading/Mind Control: Possibly. Again, it doesn't hurt to ask.
Hacking: If I haven't stated the thread as private/unhackable? Go for it.
Warning/Anything else?: Jeane is a notorious Forth wall-breaker. She is well aware that she is a character in a video game and makes various references to different canons, such as Duke Nukem and Miyuki. As such, I figured it would be important to make a permission post for her Forth wall-breaking, since I don't want to step on anyone's toes. You can fill it out here:

If so, A) can she tell them they are a character in a series and B) how much of the canon is she able to know?
For Laguna - she can only know what he knows. His canon point is just after sealing Adel away, he has no idea he becomes president or whatever. Or about his relationship to Squall. I'd rather have a castmate tell him that sort of thing later on? Plus, I don't want him knowing he's fictional. He already thinks he's dead and has accepted it.

As for Raz... well, she can know everything. Including about the games cult classic reputation, if you wanna go that way. He'll actually like somebody knowing what the Psychonauts are, even if they're fictional to her.

If so, A) can she tell them they are a character in a series and B) how much of the canon is she able to know? The fourth wall occasionally turns translucent in the Paper Mario games as it is. She could know and tell Bobbery anything and it wouldn't faze him.
